What 's the payee name when I pay by a cheque?

Hi Raymond, you need to apply through CVASC if you live consular district of Consulate in Vancouver, and make payment at the centre when you collect your passport. But if you apply by post, you can make payment at any BMO Bank of Montreal branch.
