Swiss citizens living in Turkey with valid Turkish Visa Permit

Hi, I tried to contact the Embassy several times per email and also by phone but was not successful, no answer. We are Swiss citizens living in Marmaris-Mugla with a valid Turkish Visa Permit. We booked and payed a ship cruise via the internet and will need a double entry for China since the ship docks once in Shanghai and later it ends at Tianjin/Beijin and we will then spend 5 nights in Beijing in a hotel which we also have booked, before we fly back. What are the documents needed in our case and the procedure?
Thanks in advance for yr rush reply. We will go by car to Ankara on this coming Saturday so that we can be at the embassy Monday morning.

You need a double entry visa. Documents needed are your passport and copy, application form V2011A and V2011B, photo, cruise booking/travel itinerary, hotel booking, original and copy of your Turkish Residence Permit for Foreigners valid for more than six months. Sometimes, financial capability of covering the traveling expenses shall be evidenced.
