About:Chinese Embassy in India

I am a Chinese, how I obtain my husband a family visa to return to China with me?

I am a Chinese national here in India with my husband.I would like to know how I obtain him a family visa to return to China with me when his contract expires here. We were married in china and I am here with him so how do I send him an invitation letter with my residence card when I am here and my docs are in China. Any Ideas? Do you think it is worth an email to the consulate?

Hi, you husband can apply for a L visa (as for tourist) to enter China first. It can be changed into a family visit visa after entry.
