how can i get visa to shenzhen from hk?

I am currently working as domestic helper in hong kong and have a hong kong Identity Card. I wanted to visit shenzen on October 1, 2012? how can I apply for a visa and what are the requirements needed? thank you

You can submit your application to the Commissioner's Office of Foreign Affairs for PRC in HK. Documents needed are your passport, application form, photo, your HK ID carda and a copy, financial proof, a copy of Chinese hotel booking and return flight ticket may also be required.
