I want to know transit visa process from Osaka consulate office...only for 14 hour to stay

Hi, visa is not required if you will not leave the airport during stopover. If you need, just submit your passport, application form V2011A, V2011B, photo, flight ticket and valid Japanese visa as well as entry record to the visa office on their workng hours: 09:00—12:00 from Monday to Friday. Appointment is not required.
