About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Chinese L- visa application

Hi, good afternoon. I am holding Chinese student visa. I would like to get my baby who is still an infant, and my older sister to accompany me taking my baby to China. What documents should I prepare? tnx

you should send her copies of your passport information page, student visa, residence permit, as well as an invitation letter. As I know, if you sister will travel with your baby abroad from Philippines, a Travel Clearance issued by the DSWD is required as well.
