How to claim a refund from Octopus?

1.How to claim a refund from Octopus card after we finish 4 night in hk?and my kid only 3 yrs old so she is need Octopus card? 2.how are we get to the Eaton Smart Hong Kong Hotel? and how much for the fee ? thanks

For On-Loan Octopus, you can go to any MTR Customer Service Centre to apply for a refund of your remaining value.
If the remaining value is less than HK$500, you will receive an on-the-spot refund of your HK$50 deposit (applicable to Standard On-Loan Octopus only) and the remaining value, if any.
Well, if your kid is younger than 3 years old, it is free. But if she is older than 3, the Octopus Card is needed.
But where do you want to go to the hoetl from? So I can tell you the correct transport information.
