Will there be any conflicts if I leave PH like a day prior to my visa expiration?

Hi!
My visa is about to expire. So much delay in going through the POEA name hire registration. Is there any process for an extension? Or I do need to re-submit all the required documents for a new one? T_T

Not sure whether you can apply for an extension or a new one in philippines. Why not go to the local immigration office for a accurate answer directly?
