Is that the employer must apply the work permit for me in China first before I apply work visa in Msia? Is that any document / form which need for the hospital to be filled for Physical Examination Record? Where can I get the form? Or just visit the hospital for standard physical examination? Please provide me a list of the hospital in West Malaysia for the physical exam.

Hi OH, Government or General Hospital; Kuala Lumpur (Tung Shin Hospital, General Hospital), East Malaysia (any Government Hospital), Penang (Lam Wah Ee Hospital) are acceptable.
