Mobile phone recharging and internet access

I have an Apple IPhone and IPad. What type of electrical adapter will I need? Additionally, when in Bejing...is Internet access limited?

As I know, the Apple Iphone can be charged using Chinese socket, with the voltage of 220 V. But in case, you had better get an electrical adapter for charging.
In Beijing, the Internet can be easily accessed, especially in some coffin bars or buffet restaurants.
