How will I transfer PVG to SHA ? Is there any free shuttle bus service for air ticket holders ?

I have confirmed air ticket from OSAKA to KOLKATA on 3rd Nov, 2012. I have to change airport at shanghai (PVG to SHA). The stopover time is 7 hour. Do I need transit visa ? Is there any free shuttle bus service from PVG to SHA for passengers with confirmed air ticket ?
