about my residence visa?

My visa expired last september 07, and i overstayed for 5 days because my company in china failed to renew my visa, and now i'm back in Philippines to to get another visa but i have a new passport to wait because my passport will be expired this nov. 7 2012, what i am supposed to do to get a new visa and i also have a existing job contract.

You should renew your passport from your embassy or consulate in Chian first, and you'd better use the express service. They you may just apply for a new visa for yoru work in China in Hk.
