how can I get railway station from airport at Chongqing

I would like to get to railway station or long distans bus station from airport at Chongqing.
Next we are going to Chengdu

From the airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus to Shangqingsi and then take a taxi to Chongqing Railway Station.
