i have been given collection ticket to come for visa next week friday.does it mean i have got it???

i have submitted my documents for students visa x. i have been given collection ticket to come for it on friday with a slip to pay $50 at standard chatered bank .Does it mean i have been accepted for the visa???
when i go there on friday, can i be asked to come on monday for it??
