Hi, the invitation letter should include information of yours (i.e. full name, gender, date of birth, purpose of visit, date of arriving and leaving China, place of visit, relations between you and the inviter, financial support during stay in China) and information of the inviter (i.e. name, contact number, address and signature). It is ok without getting stamped by any office. If she is Chinese, copy of her ID are required. About your bank account, it is ok, they require at least US$ 100 per day, and also your friend will bear your expenses.
