Marrying a Chinese woman in Chengdu China.

I have a “NO RECORD” Result of Search, and the Death Certificate of my former wife. I am, an Australian Citizens and will shortly be marrying a Chinese woman in Chengdu China. What other documents do I need apart from the above, which of course has to be countersigned by Chinese Consulate Officials?

Beside the No Record of Marriage Certificate, you need provide your birth certificate and passport. These two documents also need to be translated into Chinese and authenticated by Chinese consulate. For more details, you can refer to page
https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/marriage-registration.htm It is better if she can visit the Civil Affairs office in Chengdu for the latest information.
