Is the express bus more convenient than the train to get to Mini Hotel Cetral?

Thanks for CHINAREN's reply, which is certaily useful to us, and as we travel from Auckland to Hong Kong with two big suitcases, even several minutes walk, we still feel a little bit unconvenient, so can you please tell which traffic service will be close to Mini Hotel, or any other option we can have to reach Mini Hotel Central?
