Shenzhen Transportation Card

Where can I get the transportation card and how much does it cost? Can it be used both in the city and Hong Kong? Can it be used for paying ticket on MTR East Rail from kowloon hongkong to Lo Wu china?

You can buy the card of 'Hu Tong Xing' which can be used both in the city and Hong Kong. It costs CNY80. You can buy it at the subway station as Futian Port Station, the North Station, Luohu Station and Shekou Port Station in SZ. You can use it on the MTR East Rail Line.
