if i have a criminal record and want a visa to study in hong kong what are my chances?

Hi Jay, to apply for a student visa, you need to be of clear criminal record. May I know how long do you plan to study in HK?

I think it may be a problem to get admission letter from the university and visa if you have criminal record. As Fiona said above, you are required to provide police clearance for application.
