tourist visa for Pakistani in UAE

Following documents are needed for tourist visa:
1. Visa application form V2011A and V2011B.
2. Original passport valid for more than 6 months with more than two blank visa pages.
3. A copy of the U.A.E. residence visa, which should be valid for more than 6 months.
4. A photograph as in the passport.
5. A signed and stamped employment/no-objection letter from your company which clarifies your full name, nationality, passport number, position, salary, the purpose of the visit etc. Or a copy of the trade license, if you are self-employed.
6. A copy of the round air ticket, hotel reservation, and personal bank statement.
