About:Western Zhou Dynasty

How were the Zhou Dynasty social? As in how did they communicate, and how was it organized

They communicate with each other by writing letters. If two people live close, they will send the servant to send their letters. If they live far away from each other, the letters will be send by particular people by taking the horses.
