Hi, I am a local person. These days, we get the average temperature of about 20 C. During 22nd to 25th of Sep. you may find it is cooler. I suggest you take along long-sleeved shirt and a light overcoat.
By the way, it rains noe and then recently. So you'd better prepare the rainy coat as well.3
