About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

is there a separate form for an indian passport holder working in Kenya and what are the requirement

Yes, you need to fill application form both V2011A and V2011B. Other documents needed are passport, photo, valid Hotel Booking and Air-ticket Booking, Bank statement for the last 3 months. If you are going to visit friends or family in China, invitation letter from them are required.
