About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Me and my wife will go to Xiamen by January 2013. i would like to ask how can we get a tourist visa?

You can apply for visas from chinese embassy or consulate which hold consular jurisdiction of your residency. No appointment is required. Documents are clearly listed on this site. As I know you need to provide bank certificate, return ticket and hotel reservation in Xiamen. BTW, if you will visit in January 2013, you can submit your application in late November or December 2012.
