From Four Points by Sheraton Haidian to Tian Men in Beijing.

Hi there, is it convenient to get taxi from Four Points to city center? or from Four Points to nearest train station (Bagou)?

I read some review that said from city center, it is hard to get taxi to Haidian. Is that true?
