For cheap hotels, you may think about He Jia Hotel Airport - Xiamen at Xiangyun Er Lu, Gaoqi Airport, Xiamen. It is nice and acceptable. During Jan, the average temperature is about 10~17C and it rains a little. The weather is generally cool and dry.
