Please inform if the Chimelong water park is open on 20 th Oct - 10 th Nov?and how will be the wither on this date..? cold..? can not swim..?

I'm afraid it will be closed then. Actually, the deadline of the opening time is October 15th. In winter of Chimelong, the average temperature could be only about 15 C. So it is a little cool then and I do not think it is suitable to swim.
