Single or double entry visa for two transit in Shanghai

I'm planing to go from Tokyo to Shanghai and stay there 5 days, then I will go to Hong Kong and come back to Tokyo stopping over in Shanghai's airport for 2 hours before flying back to Tokyo. Is it OK if I only have a single entry visa?

A single one will be ok. You will only stop at Shanghai airport for 2 hours, so I don't think you have time to go out of the airport.
