Where do we get the pedicabs from Nanluogu Xiang? How much is normal charge to Shichahai?

Can we bargain the charge with the pedicab owners?

You can take the pedicabs on the Gulou Street, which is on the north part of Nanluogu Xiang. It always charge you about 50 RMB, but you can argue the price with the pedicab owners.
