At what time will the lights come on for the Bird's Nest and Water Cube?

How much will taxi cost approxiamtely from Wangfujing Street to the Bird's Nest?

The lights come on at about seven o'clock, after the day became dark.
The taxi fee is about 40 to 50 RMB.
