Do you mean the airport shuttle bus from HK Station to the hotel? If so, I'm afraid not. I suggest you walk from HK Station to Central to take subway Island Line and get off at Wan Chai. Getting out of Exit A1 of the MTR station, you can walk to your hotel in several minutes.
