About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

I want to further my University level of education in China, is it too late for me to get Visa ????

I think so, since the autumn semester of the schools in China has began already. Besides applying for the visa, you still have to select a proper Chinese university and apply for the admission from the university. Thus, you may have to wait until next year. Start your plan earlier next year before the universities begin their school year in September.
