Hello,Currently I'm staying in China on a Tourist visa and we are working on the incorporation of our companies WFOE. Our tourist visa expires in 1 month and we are looking into the possibilities of getting a business visa (we don't have the WFOE's business license yet). Is it possible to get this new visa without going outside of China?And what do I need for this?

I don't think so. I think you have to to go to Hk to renew your visa.
