acces to duty free shops for i - i transit ?

Hello, I am a French national travelling from Paris to Auckland with a change in Shangai Pudong Terminal 2.I will have about 6 hours in between flights and I would like to know if I will be allowed to buy from duty free shops there during my transit time ? Thanks in advance for your help.
