About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Ghanaian tourist in Philipins wants Chinese visa

I'm Ghanaian currently in singapore. will be in philipines on sunday and will like to later visit china. can i apply for a tourist visa in phillipins?

I am afraid not Sam. Non Philippine passport holders are required to provide valid proof of residency, work or study in Philippines if you want to apply there. It is getting tough to get visa in Philippines. Anyway, you can have a try.
