Change of college

Is the JW 202 form valid only for that particular college? I mean if I get it from 1 university and then apply for X visa and travel to China can I apply for another college or is the visa valid ONLY for that university which sent me the form? Please advise

Yes, the form JW202 is valid for the particular college wrriten in.
