z visa requirements

do i need my diploma and transcript of records to apply for z visa? and i already have my medical in china but then they said i still need to have my medical here in PI.

yes, as what you were told, you need to do medical check in PI for Z visa application. Diploma and reanscript of record are not required when you apply for Z visa from Embassy. Invitation letter and work permit are required.
