about Changchun--generally, in which month do the shopping malls start to have their heaters on?By the way,what is the day temperature (degree C)in the middle of NOV and is the daily day temp consistent? thank you

Generally, the heating of Changchun is open at the late October, of course, the shopping malls included. According to the weatehr report of the past years, the average temperature in mid November could be about -3.5 C. It is really very cold then. The daily temperature then could be -8 - 0 C, not always the same. Therefore, you'd better prepare the warm clothings then.
