I have applied for a student x visa and has been denied.

All my documents were approved by the supreme court.ON 31st of September 2012 my passport was given to me empty and no explanation was given.What could be the scourge for this great disappointment and can i reapply with the same documents or with the obverse. MY date is impending and i will lose my future.
