If I have a plug adaptor suitable for use in Aus, can I use it charge my phone & camera in China?

If your adaptor can transfer the watt to 220V or a watt between the 100V to 220V, you can use it in China.
In a word, the limited watt is 220V. If your electronic appliacance can stand that watt, then everything will be OK.
