What is the weather like in September in Jilin,Heilongjiang and Shangdong?

It gets cooler and cooler from Shandong to Jilin then to Heilongjiang. The average temperature in Sept.is about 18~27C in Shandong Province, about 10~21C in Jilin, and about 9~20C in Heilongjiang. It is warm and may be a bit hot on a fine day in Shandong, while it is cool and may be a bit cold at night in Jilin and Heilongjiang.1
