China visa for a Ghanaian studying in the Philippines

Pls am a Ghanaian studying in the Philippines i want to know whether it is possible to get a China tourist visa from here

Yes, you can apply for a visa to China in Philippines if you study there. Just provide your student visa or proof of sdudy or residency, and fill both V2011A and V2011B application form.
