About:China Visa Application in UK

Can I get visa to Hong Kong in Edinburgh china

I am not a British citizen, but recident in Scotland. Can I get visa to Hong Kong in Edinburgh china consulate?

Yes, you can submit your HK visa application to Chinese consulate in Edinburge if you reside there. But make sure check this list for HK visa exemption first https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/hongkong-visa-free.pdf
