Hi, your hotel is located near Central , so you can walk to Central MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Tsim Sha Tsui. Then you can go to China Ferry Terminal to take a direct ferry to Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal. The ferry ticket is about 130-150 HK$.
Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul's, St. Domingo's Church, the Museum of Macau, Monte Fort and Camoes Garden and Grotto can be on your list of Macau trip.
About the detailed information of the attractions, you can search the following website:

Anyway, the Museum of Macau is only about 2 km from the ferry terminal, so you can start your trip from the museum.
