I wish to visit hongkong for sightseeing, how can go about the application and the required document

You may just apply for a Hk tourist visa from the China Embassy in Nigeria. The documents required are your Negira passport, Hk tourist visa application form, proof of enough funds to cover your duration in Hk, two-way air ticket and hotel booking in Hk.
