About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Working visa (z)

Please explaine what are these documents "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" (original and copy). "

If your employer in China is state-owned or state-controlled, then you onaly need the invitation letter from your employer. Otherwise, if your employer is a private enterprise, you need both the invitation from your Chinese employer and confirmation of invitation from an authorized Chinese unit such as the local foreign affairs office. Hoep I have made it clear.
