About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Am US Citizen on UAE visit visa and need to go to china. Can I get visa in Abu Dhabi?

I am here on a visit visa and have been requested to go to mainland China and have a letter from the requesting company. Can I get a visa for mainland China at Chinese Embassy in Abu Dhabi

I don't think you can get a China visa in Abu Dhabi as a temporary visitor there even if you have an invitation letter from a Chinese company. You can go to the China emabssy there to confirm this and ask for some practical help from the visa officers.
