You may just apply for a China visa from China Embassy in Qatar with China visa application form V2011A & V2011B that should be fully filled and attached with your recent taken photo, your Indian passport, Copy of Qatari visa that should be valid for at least another 3 months, Copy of valid Qatar Residence Permit, original employment certification from Qatari local company with your name, passport number, position, basic salary, company information, company stamp and date, hotel booking in China and two-way air tickets.
