Guangzhou to Garden Hotel in Shenzhen

I am taking the train from Guangzhou Railway station to Shenzhen. From Shenzhen Railway station, how do I go to Lee Garden Hotel, (Dongmen Middle Road). I understand that it is near Subway Shaibu Station. Can the subway bring me there and to get out from which exit.
