What are the tempretatures like from the 27th March to 1st April in beijing and xian

It is cold, windy and dry at the end of March in Beijing with a temperature of about 5~10C. While it is cool and dry at that time in Xian with a tempertaure of about 10~15C. Sweaters or a thick coat is recommended at that time when visiting Beijing and Xian.
